A computer science tutor for Marilyn, 16, who's falling behind
Online or in-person tutoring in computer science for a bright student in London.
🇬🇧 United Kingdom1,111 views
My niece, Marilyn, is 16 and in Year 10. Marilyn loves school but computer science has been a struggle since the school was closed during the pandemic. The school-leaving exam is in June.
We can't afford a private tutor, and the school's free sessions are full. We're looking for a volunteer who could spend an hour or two a week, in person in London or online, for about sixteen weeks.
Marilyn is polite, hardworking and eager. We have a quiet space and a laptop for online sessions. I'll always be at home for in-person sessions.
If you're a teacher, student or professional who feels comfortable in computer science, you could change the course of Marilyn's year.
I hope life is good to you.
