A computer science tutor for Luana, 13, who's falling behind
Luana is working hard on computer science but can't afford a tutor; 1 hours a week until the school-leaving would help enormously.

My younger sister, Luana, is 13 and in Year 10. Luana loves school but computer science has been a struggle since the school was closed during the strikes. The school-leaving exam is in July.
We can't afford a private tutor, and the school's free sessions are full. We're looking for a volunteer who could spend one or two hours a week, in person in Campinas or online, for about ten weeks.
Luana is polite, hardworking and eager. We have a quiet space and a laptop for online sessions. I'll always be at home for in-person sessions.
If you're a teacher, student or professional who feels comfortable in computer science, you could change the course of Luana's year.
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

Rooting for you, Francisca. This could happen to any of us. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. Love from Swansea
