A computer science tutor for Laura, 14, who's falling behind

Laura is working hard on computer science but can't afford a tutor; 1 hours a week until the university entrance would help enormously.

My younger sister, Laura, is 14 and in Form 3. Laura loves school but computer science has been a struggle since the school was closed during the pandemic. The university entrance exam is in December. We can't afford a private tutor, and the school's free sessions are full. We're looking for a volunteer who could spend one or two hours a week, in person in Burnaby or online, for about twenty weeks. Laura is polite, hardworking and eager. We have a quiet space and a laptop for online sessions. I'll always be at home for in-person sessions. If you're a teacher, student or professional who feels comfortable in computer science, you could change the course of Laura's year. Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.
