A computer science tutor for Davi, 11, who's falling behind
Looking for a patient computer science tutor, 2 hours a week, for 15 weeks.

My nephew, Davi, is 11 and in Grade 11. Davi loves school but computer science has been a struggle since the school was closed during the strikes. The board exam is in November.
We can't afford a private tutor, and the school's free sessions are full. We're looking for a volunteer who could spend an hour or two a week, in person in Belo Horizonte or online, for about ten weeks.
Davi is polite, hardworking and eager. We have a quiet space and a laptop for online sessions. I'll always be at home for in-person sessions.
If you're a teacher, student or professional who feels comfortable in computer science, you could change the course of Davi's year.

Hang in there, Antônio. Study hard! Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected.
Take care, Antônio. Looking forward to the next update. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like.
Keep going, Antônio. It takes guts to ask. Well done. Wish I lived closer to Duque de Caxias so I could bring a meal. God bless
Thinking of you and your family. I hope things turn around soon. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double

Sending love, Antônio. Shared it with a few friends. My husband and I read this together.

Keep going, Antônio. This could happen to any of us. We're a small family in Athens but we're thinking of you.
