A community garden for the Sycamore community hall: help our neighbors in Tijuana
We have the land, the volunteers and the plan for a community garden - we need $950 for materials.

For eight years the neighborhood has asked for a community garden. This year a group of 17 volunteers, including a group of teenagers, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the Sycamore community hall, but no funding.
We have received donated a pump, and the remaining cost is $950.
It will serve about 434 people, including local farmers and market traders. We'll hold a build day in August and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
All purchases will be made by two volunteers and logged publicly. Surplus funds will go to maintenance.
