Looking for a graduate who can spend an hour a week reviewing Omar's essays until February.

I'm Omar, 19, in Year 12. My parents work long hours and didn't go to university, so there's no one at home who can help me understand applications, deadlines or financial aid. I'd like to study civil engineering.
I have a 3.9 average, I volunteer at the local library and I have a draft of my personal statement. What I need is someone to read my essays, tell me honestly what's weak, and explain how scholarships work.
I'm looking for an hour a week until February. We can do it by video from anywhere. My mother will be at home during every call, and the school counselor knows about this request.
Thanks for reading. It took me a long time to ask.
I hope life is good to you.

Wishing you the best. Shared this with my family. After 7 years in logistics I know how hard it's to ask for anything.
Sending good thoughts, Omar. As a teacher I love seeing someone work this hard to learn. My neighbor in Maringá donated after I showed her your page. Love from Maringá.
Good luck, Omar. Your post was clear and honest. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too. Take care.
Wishing you peace, Omar. Hope you get there. Please keep us posted. Blessings
Sending strength. This could happen to any of us. I hope February is when things finally get easier. Greetings from Rome.
