A college application mentor for Oky, first in the family to apply

I'm Oky, 18, in Grade 12. My parents work long hours and didn't go to university, so there's no one at home who can help me understand applications, deadlines or financial aid. I'd like to study public health. I have a distinction average, I volunteer at a food pantry and I have a draft of my personal statement. What I need is someone to read my essays, tell me honestly what's weak, and explain how scholarships work. I'm looking for an hour a week until February. We can do it by video from anywhere. My mother will be at home during every call, and the school counselor knows about this request. Thanks for reading. It took me a long time to ask. You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.
