I'm Naufal, 18, in Year 12. My parents work long hours and didn't go to university, so there's no one at home who can help me understand applications, deadlines or financial aid. I'd like to study computer science.
I have a 3.9 average, I volunteer at an after-school program and I have a draft of my personal statement. What I need is someone to read my essays, tell me honestly what's weak, and explain how scholarships work.
I'm looking for an hour a week until November. We can do it by video from anywhere. My mother will be at home during every call, and the school counselor knows about this request.
Thanks for reading. It took me a long time to ask.
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

Good luck, Naufal. As a teacher I love seeing someone work this hard to learn. Don't be hard on yourself for asking. Greetings from Beersheba.
Thinking of you. As a teacher I love seeing someone work this hard to learn. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected.
Good luck with the exams, you've got this. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. Thinking of Jakarta Selatan
Sending good thoughts, Naufal. Looking forward to the next update. Love from Fresno.
Thinking of you, Naufal. Education changes everything, hope you graduate with honors.
