I'm Addison, 18, in Year 12. My parents work long hours and didn't go to university, so there's no one at home who can help me understand applications, deadlines or financial aid. I'd like to study journalism.
I have a 3.7 average, I volunteer at my church youth group and I have a draft of my personal statement. What I need is someone to read my essays, tell me honestly what's weak, and explain how scholarships work.
I'm looking for an hour a week until November. We can do it by video from anywhere. My mother will be at home during every call, and the school counselor knows about this request.
Thanks for reading. It took me a long time to ask.
Thank you so much.

Praying for you, Addison. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too
Keep going. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. Blessings.
You're not alone. Your post was clear and honest. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust. Thinking of Melbourne
