A chemistry tutor for Ruth, 12, who's falling behind
Online or in-person tutoring in chemistry for a bright student in Arusha.

My niece, Ruth, is 12 and in Grade 11. Ruth loves school but chemistry has been a struggle since the school was closed during the pandemic. The SAT exam is in November.
We can't afford a private tutor, and the school's free sessions are full. We're looking for a volunteer who could spend one or two hours a week, in person in Arusha or online, for about twenty weeks.
Ruth is polite, hardworking and eager. We have a quiet space and a laptop for online sessions. I'll always be at home for in-person sessions.
If you're a teacher, student or professional who feels comfortable in chemistry, you could change the course of Ruth's year.
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.

You're not alone, Mercy. Your post was clear and honest. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. Love from Fresno.
