A chemistry tutor for Rony, 11, who's falling behind

Rony is working hard on chemistry but can't afford a tutor; 2 hours a week until the GCSE would help enormously.

My son, Rony, is 11 and in Grade 11. Rony loves school but chemistry has been a struggle since the school was closed during the pandemic. The GCSE exam is in November. We can't afford a private tutor, and the school's free sessions are full. We're looking for a volunteer who could spend one or two hours a week, in person in Dhaka or online, for about twelve weeks. Rony is polite, hardworking and eager. We have a quiet space and a laptop for online sessions. I'll always be at home for in-person sessions. If you're a teacher, student or professional who feels comfortable in chemistry, you could change the course of Rony's year. I hope life is good to you.

        • hope things get better soon, Mahin. As a teacher I love seeing someone work this hard to learn. We're a small family in Likoni but we're thinking of you.
