A carer needs a night's sleep: could you sit with Sabbir on Sunday?
I care for my husband through the night and haven't had a full night's sleep in months. Could someone help once a week?

I'm Mousumi. For 2 years I've cared for my husband, who needs help at night several times. I haven't slept through in a long time and I'm starting to make mistakes.
I'm hoping for someone who could stay one night a week, from about 9pm to 7am, in our spare room. You would only need to help Sabbir to the toilet and get back to bed. Sabbir sleeps well once settled, and I'll leave clear notes.
I can't pay much, but I can give a small thank-you and good breakfast. If you've done night care before or work in health care, you'd be perfect.
