A carer needs a night's sleep: could you sit with Heloísa on Sunday?
I care for my mother through the night and have not had a full night's sleep in months. Could someone help once a week?

I'm Jéssica. For 2 years I've cared for my mother, who needs help at night several times. I haven't slept through in a long time and I'm starting to make mistakes.
I'm hoping for someone who could stay one night a week, from about 9pm to 7am, in our spare room. You would only need to help Heloísa to the toilet and get back to bed. Heloísa sleeps well once settled, and I'll leave clear notes.
I can't pay much, but I can give a small thank-you and good breakfast. If you've done night care before or work in health care, you'd be perfect.
I'll be so grateful for any help at all.
