A carer needs a night's sleep: could you sit with Emma on Thursday?

I'm asking for one night a week where someone I trust stays in the house so I can sleep.

I'm Wouter. For 1 years I've cared for my mother, who needs help at night several times. I haven't slept through in a long time and I'm starting to make mistakes. I'm hoping for someone who could stay one night a week, from about 9pm to 7am, in our spare room. You would only need to help Emma to the toilet and get back to bed. Emma sleeps well once settled, and I'll leave clear notes. I can't pay much, but I can give a small thank-you and good breakfast. If you've done night care before or work in health care, you'd be perfect. Thank you for reading, and for even thinking about it.
