Usman is launching a tailoring studio and would love advice from someone who has built one.

I'm launching a tailoring studio in Multan next January. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a tailoring studio, willing to have a monthly call for the first three months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

best of luck, Usman. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double
