Looking for a small-business mentor, preferably with bakery experience.

I'm launching a bakery in Mumbai next November. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a bakery, willing to have a monthly call for the first six months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.
If you can't give, please share this page. It does reach people.

wishing you peace, Tuhin. It takes guts to ask. Well done. Don't be hard on yourself for asking.
Hope you get there. Wish I lived closer to Marseille so I could bring a meal. Take care
Wishing you the best. It takes guts to ask. Well done. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money.
Keep going. It takes guts to ask. Well done. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust. Love from Cartagena.
