I'm launching a tailoring studio in Surakarta next June. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a tailoring studio, willing to have a monthly call for the first four months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.
Thank you for reading my story.

Thinking of you, Tika. I hope things turn around soon. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected
Hang in there, Tika. Gave what I could, wish it was more. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust. God bless.
rooting for you. Hope the shop reopens soon. After 18 years in nursing I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Thinking of Surakarta
