I'm launching a tailoring studio in Nashik next September. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a tailoring studio, willing to have a monthly call for the first four months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.
I hope life is good to you.

Hope things get better soon, Rakesh. Hope you make a strong comeback.
hope things get better soon, Rakesh. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it.
