A business mentor for Rafael's new bakery in Bronx
Looking for a small-business mentor, preferably with bakery experience.

I'm launching a bakery in Bronx next October. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a bakery, willing to have a monthly call for the first six months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

Thinking of you and your family. Hope the shop reopens soon. Read this on the bus and kept thinking about it all day. Take care
