A business mentor for Payal's new co-working café in Pune
Payal is launching a co-working café and would love advice from someone who has built one.

I'm launching a co-working café in Pune next November. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a co-working café, willing to have a monthly call for the first four months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.
Thanks for being kind about this.

your post was clear and honest. Don't be hard on yourself for asking. Greetings from Jakarta Selatan.
So sorry you're going through this, Payal. Looking forward to the next update. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. Blessings.
