Patrick is launching a co-working café and would love advice from someone who has built one.

I'm launching a co-working café in Birmingham next March. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a co-working café, willing to have a monthly call for the first six months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.
Thanks for being kind about this.

Stay strong, Patrick. Looking forward to the next update. Don't be hard on yourself for asking. All the best.
Thinking of you and your family. It takes guts to ask. Well done. My neighbor in Paris donated after I showed her your page. All the best.
Hope this works out for you. Thinking of Birmingham
