Looking for a small-business mentor, preferably with bakery experience.

I'm launching a bakery in Wudil next July. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a bakery, willing to have a monthly call for the first six months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

Wishing you peace. Hope this works out for you. All the best
Gave what I could, wish it was more. My neighbor in Savar donated after I showed her your page. Thinking of Wudil.
