Michael is launching a bakery and would love advice from someone who has built one.

I'm launching a bakery in Leicester next July. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a bakery, willing to have a monthly call for the first four months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

Hope it all works out. Gave what I could, wish it was more. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money. Blessings
