Manuela is launching a co-working café and would love advice from someone who has built one.

I'm launching a co-working café in Santarém next September. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a co-working café, willing to have a monthly call for the first three months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

wishing you the best, Manuela. Shared this with my family. I hope September is when things finally get easier. Take care.
Thinking of you. Small businesses are the heart of Santarém. Hope you're open again soon. Wish I lived closer to Scranton so I could bring a meal. All the best.
Hang in there. This could happen to any of us. Love from Lexington.
