A business mentor for Julián's new cleaning company in Ciudad de México
Julián is launching a cleaning company and would love advice from someone who has built one.

I'm launching a cleaning company in Ciudad de México next November. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a cleaning company, willing to have a monthly call for the first three months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.
- effort
- 1 hour a month
- format
- Online or by phone
- skills

thanks for sharing this, Julián. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. Greetings from Nairobi.
Thinking of you and your family, Julián. Hope the shop reopens soon. I went through something like this 14 years ago and strangers helped me out. Love from Los Angeles.
Hope it all works out, Julián. Your post was clear and honest. My husband and I read this together!
Keep going. Looking forward to the next update. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too. Blessings.
Hang in there. Hope this works out for you. Please keep us posted
