Imad is launching a photography studio and would love advice from someone who has built one.

I'm launching a photography studio in Utrecht next June. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a photography studio, willing to have a monthly call for the first four months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

Hang in there, Imad. Shared this with my family. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. Greetings from Coyoacán
