A business mentor for Hugo's new tailoring studio in La Plata
Hugo is launching a tailoring studio and would love advice from someone who has built one.

I'm launching a tailoring studio in La Plata next August. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a tailoring studio, willing to have a monthly call for the first three months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.
Glad we found this place.

This could happen to any of us. Sent it to 26 people at work. Take care.
So sorry you're going through this, Hugo. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. I hope August is when things finally get easier. Greetings from Thane
You're not alone. Gave what I could, wish it was more. Please keep us posted. Love from Dhaka
