Haris is launching a language school and would love advice from someone who has built one.

I'm launching a language school in Surabaya next March. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a language school, willing to have a monthly call for the first six months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

Thinking of you and your family. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. It's not much but it's yours. Love from Los Angeles.
