Gabriella is launching a language school and would love advice from someone who has built one.

I'm launching a language school in Rome next January. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a language school, willing to have a monthly call for the first three months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.
- effort
- 1 hour a month
- format
- Online or by phone
- skills
- small business experience, bookkeeping, pricing

Thinking of you and your family, Gabriella. Hope the shop reopens soon. All the best
Keep going, Gabriella. Hope you make a strong comeback. Blessings.
Wishing you the best, Gabriella. This could happen to any of us. I went through something like this 13 years ago and strangers helped me out. God bless!
