Frank is launching a co-working café and would love advice from someone who has built one.

I'm launching a co-working café in Coventry next July. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a co-working café, willing to have a monthly call for the first three months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

Wishing you peace, Frank. Shared this with my family. It's not much but it's yours. Thinking of Coventry.
Stay strong, Frank. It takes guts to ask. Well done. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. Thinking of Coventry.
