I'm launching a small online shop in Daegu next March. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a small online shop, willing to have a monthly call for the first three months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

Take care, Eun-ji. Hope this works out for you. After 10 years in logistics I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Greetings from Wellington
