I'm launching a co-working café in Kharkiv next September. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a co-working café, willing to have a monthly call for the first three months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.
I hope life is good to you.

Small businesses are the heart of Kharkiv. Hope you're open again soon. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. Take care.
