A business mentor for Divya's new tailoring studio in Pune
Divya is launching a tailoring studio and would love advice from someone who has built one.

I'm launching a tailoring studio in Pune next November. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a tailoring studio, willing to have a monthly call for the first three months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Our whole street has been following this since the weekend. Blessings
Stay strong. This could happen to any of us. Wish I lived closer to Regensburg so I could bring a meal. Greetings from Auckland.
