Decha is launching a photography studio and would love advice from someone who has built one.

I'm launching a photography studio in Phuket next January. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a photography studio, willing to have a monthly call for the first four months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.
I hope life is good to you.

So sorry you're going through this, Decha. Small businesses are the heart of Phuket. Hope you're open again soon. I'm in social work myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you. Thinking of Phuket.
