I'm launching a tailoring studio in Fortaleza next November. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a tailoring studio, willing to have a monthly call for the first four months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.

So sorry you're going through this, Ana. Small businesses are the heart of Fortaleza. Hope you're open again soon. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected
