A biology tutor for Wondimu, 16, who's falling behind
Wondimu is working hard on biology but can't afford a tutor; 2 hours a week until the SAT would help enormously.

My son, Wondimu, is 16 and in the final year of school. Wondimu loves school but biology has been a struggle since the school was closed during the move. The SAT exam is in September.
We can't afford a private tutor, and the school's free sessions are full. We're looking for a volunteer who could spend one or two hours a week, in person in Mekelle or online, for about twenty weeks.
Wondimu is polite, hardworking and eager. We have a quiet space and a laptop for online sessions. I'll always be at home for in-person sessions.
If you're a teacher, student or professional who feels comfortable in biology, you could change the course of Wondimu's year.
Thank you for reading my story.

Keep going, Rahel. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. We're a small family in Setagaya but we're thinking of you. Thinking of Mekelle.
Good luck, Rahel. This could happen to any of us. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money. God bless
