A biology tutor for Hudson, 12, who's falling behind
Looking for a patient biology tutor, 3 hours a week, for 19 weeks.
🇺🇸 Akron, Ohio, United States147 views
My younger brother, Hudson, is 12 and in the final year of school. Hudson loves school but biology has been a struggle since the school was closed during the floods. The national exam is in October.
We can't afford a private tutor, and the school's free sessions are full. We're looking for a volunteer who could spend an hour or two a week, in person in Akron or online, for about twenty weeks.
Hudson is polite, hardworking and eager. We have a quiet space and a laptop for online sessions. I'll always be at home for in-person sessions.
If you're a teacher, student or professional who feels comfortable in biology, you could change the course of Hudson's year.
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.
