I coordinate donations at the Maple Mosque in Riyadh. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled.
We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes toddler through teen. If you're in Riyadh, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at the Maple Mosque on Friday between 10am and 4pm.
If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate.
Items go to families directly and the rest to the the Maple Mosque clothing bank, which is open to everyone.
Thank you for reading my story.

a secure home matters so much. Hope you're settled soon. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. All the best
Sending strength, Reem. Your post was clear and honest. Don't give up.
Stay strong, Reem. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. I'll check back for the next update. Love from Sylhet.
