37 volunteers for the Seniors' Tea Afternoon in Seongnam
We're short of hands for the Seniors' Tea Afternoon; can you spare a morning?
🇰🇷 Gyeonggi, South Korea118 views
Every year the Seniors' Tea Afternoon brings together 276 neighbors in Seongnam. I help organize it with 4 other volunteers, and this year our numbers are down.
We need people for serving food, washing up and welcoming guests. Shifts are two to three hours long and you can pick the one that suits you. Food and drinks are provided for all volunteers.
It's a family-friendly day, and our goal is to keep it free. No experience is necessary - we'll brief everyone at the start of the day.
If you can come with a friend, even better. Please say in the comments which shift works for you.
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

Gave what I could, wish it was more. After 12 years in nursing I know how hard it's to ask for anything. All the best
Praying for you. Your post was clear and honest. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. God bless.
Hang in there, Kyung-mi. It takes guts to ask. Well done. God bless.
