We are short of hands for the School Supplies Giveaway; can you spare a morning?

Every year the School Supplies Giveaway brings together 489 neighbors in Toronto. I help organize it with 6 other volunteers, and this year our numbers are down. We need people for stewarding, first-aid support and clean-up. Shifts are two to three hours long and you can pick the one that suits you. Food and drinks are provided for all volunteers. It's a fun day for all ages, and our goal is to keep it free. No experience is necessary - we'll brief everyone at the start of the day. If you can come with a friend, even better. Please say in the comments which shift works for you. Thank you so much.

          • Great idea, hope you get there. After 23 years in construction I know how hard it's to ask for anything. All the best.
