Every year the School Supplies Giveaway brings together 540 neighbors in Springfield. I help organize it with 8 other volunteers, and this year our numbers are down.
We need people for serving food, washing up and welcoming guests. Shifts are two to three hours long and you can pick the one that suits you. Food and drinks are provided for all volunteers.
It's a family-friendly day, and our goal is to keep it free. No experience is necessary - we'll brief everyone at the start of the day.
If you can come with a friend, even better. Please say in the comments which shift works for you.
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

Great idea, hope you get there. Don't be hard on yourself for asking. Thinking of Springfield.
Hope the build day goes well, wish I lived closer. My neighbor in Mumbai donated after I showed her your page. All the best.
Stay strong, Wyatt. Great idea, hope you get there. God bless.
