Every year the Holiday Toy Drive brings together 587 neighbors in Nairobi. I help organize it with 9 other volunteers, and this year our numbers are down.
We need people for set-up, serving, translation and clean-up. Shifts are two to three hours long and you can pick the one that suits you. Food and drinks are provided for all volunteers.
It's a fun day for all ages, and our goal is to keep it free. No experience is necessary - we'll brief everyone at the start of the day.
If you can come with a friend, even better. Please say in the comments which shift works for you.
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

Praying for you. Projects like this are what make a place worth living in. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. God bless.
Hope it all works out, Mwangi. It takes guts to ask. Well done. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like.
