The Harmony health centre yard needs a youth football pitch - Rocío's neighborhood project
A community-led a youth football pitch at the Harmony health centre yard that will serve 153 neighbors.

For eight years the neighborhood has asked for a youth football pitch. This year a group of 20 volunteers, including a group of teenagers, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the Harmony health centre yard, but no funding.
We have received donated paint, and the remaining cost is $950.
It will serve about 153 people, including elderly neighbors living alone. We'll hold a build day in May and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
All purchases will be made by two volunteers and logged publicly. Surplus funds will go to maintenance.
Where the $950 goes:
• Materials: $740
• Permits and inspections: $50
• Safety equipment and signage: $95
• Tools hire and delivery: $65
