Talha's final semester of an agriculture degree in Sukkur

Talha is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying an agriculture degree at Sukkur State College, and is one semester away from graduating. He has worked as a delivery rider to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $550. The registrar has said Talha can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Talha has a 3.6 average, and a department head has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Talha would lose his place and scholarship eligibility. Talha isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Sukkur State College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
