4 rounds of treatment are planned at Calamba University Hospital; we're asking for help with the costs insurance doesn't cover.

Calamba
Nenita was diagnosed with Hodgkin lymphoma in June. The oncology team at Calamba University Hospital has planned 4 rounds of treatment, starting in September. She will be away from work for about 5 weeks. Nenita is 34, worked as a taxi driver until June, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her. Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Calamba University Hospital 4 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly. We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders. Funds will be used only for treatment, medication, transport to appointments and essential living costs during treatment. Where the $2,000 goes: • Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $1,300 • Scans and lab work: $170 • Transport to Calamba University Hospital: $70 • Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $75 • Household costs while unable to work: $385 Ask me anything below before you decide. I'd rather you were sure.

The list at the bottom is the whole picture. chemotherapy and medication not covered is the biggest at $1,300. Fair thing to want to know.
