Somsak wants to stay at home - help fund six months of care
Somsak can't afford the care He needs after worsening Parkinson's disease; we're asking for $850.

I'm caring for my father, who's 83. After worsening Parkinson's disease Somsak can no longer manage alone. A nursing home would cost far more than we have, and Somsak desperately wants to stay at home.
I work 50 hours a week and have cut back to look after him, but we need a part-time carer.
Somsak worked all of his life as a farmer, and raised 4 children. Now we're trying to give some of that care back.
Medication, a hospital bed and a carer for six months will make a huge difference.
The carer will be employed through a registered agency and paid directly. I'll share the agency invoices.
Where the $850 goes:
• Medication and prescriptions: $105
• Part-time carer (six months): $650
• Mobility aids and bathroom adaptations: $95
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

It takes guts to ask. Well done. Love from Caloocan
how is Somsak doing now?
keep going. Shared it with a few friends. Greetings from Ann Arbor.
Stay strong. Gave what I could, wish it was more. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. Blessings
Thinking of you and your family, Chatchai. Looking forward to the next update. It's not much but it's yours
