Ricardo's final semester of a degree in social work in Jacksonville
A first-generation student, Ricardo needs help covering tuition for the final stretch of a degree in social work.

Ricardo is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a degree in social work at Jacksonville Polytechnic, and is two terms away from graduating. He has worked as a barista to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $4,650.
The registrar has said Ricardo can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Ricardo has a distinction average, and an academic advisor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Ricardo would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
Ricardo isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Jacksonville Polytechnic bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
