Kiara is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a nursing degree at Nashik University, and is one term away from graduating. She has worked as a library assistant to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $950. The registrar has said Kiara can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Kiara has a 3.6 average, and a faculty supervisor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Kiara would lose her place and scholarship eligibility. Kiara isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Nashik University bursar's office. I'll post the receipt. Where the $950 goes: • Final term tuition: $420 • Outstanding tuition balance: $470 • Exam and lab fees: $60 I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.
