Moin wants to stay at home - help fund six months of care
Help Moin stay in his own home with six months of part-time care.
🇵🇰 Pakistan1,060 views
I'm caring for my father, who's 82. After a stroke last July Moin can no longer manage alone. A nursing home would cost far more than we have, and Moin desperately wants to stay at home.
I work 50 hours a week and have cut back to look after him, but we need a part-time carer.
Moin worked all of his life as a carpenter, and raised 2 children. Now we're trying to give some of that care back.
Medication, a hospital bed and a carer for six months will make a huge difference.
Funds cover the carer's wages, medicines, a hospital bed rental and incontinence supplies.
Where the $650 goes:
• Part-time carer (six months): $420
• Medication and prescriptions: $75
• Hospital bed and mattress rental: $55
• Mobility aids and bathroom adaptations: $100
Glad we found this place.

You're not alone, Saima. I work in healthcare and wanted you to know people are on your side. Thinking of Lahore!
Sending love. Wishing Moin a smooth procedure and a full recovery. I hope October is when things finally get easier. Take care
Praying for you. Shared it with a few friends. After 11 years in teaching I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Take care.
