Madhuri wants to stay at home - help fund three months of care
Madhuri, 88, needs daily care to stay at home, and the family is raising $850 for a carer and medicines.

I'm caring for my mother, who's 88. After the death of her spouse Madhuri can no longer manage alone. A nursing home would cost far more than we have, and Madhuri desperately wants to stay at home.
I work 30 hours a week and have cut back to look after her, but we need a part-time carer.
Madhuri worked all of her life as a factory worker, and raised 2 children. Now we're trying to give some of that care back.
Medication, a hospital bed and a carer for three months will make a huge difference.
Funds cover the carer's wages, medicines, a hospital bed rental and incontinence supplies.
Where the $850 goes:
• Part-time carer (three months): $640
• Medication and prescriptions: $120
• Hospital bed and mattress rental: $70
• Mobility aids and bathroom adaptations: $20
